Have you been to see Sean's new movie, Mom's Night Out yet? It is a funny, funny perspective on parenthood. I was lucky enough to see the preview and I wrote a review for Sean Astin: Hope Unquenchable http://www.seanastinfan.blogspot.com I am also trying to attach some pictures. My tech skills are not getting any better so hopefully all will turn out!! *fingers crossed* I really enjoyed the movie and Sean is beyond adorable in it.

Just posting two photos from Sean's upcoming movie, Mom's Night Out. The movie is hysterical!! I cannot wait to go see it again when it comes out May 9th! It is a faith based movie but it is not "preachy".

I was trying to post this in Tol-Eressea but everytime I go there I'm told it's down for maintenance! I'll keep trying but in the meantime, everyone, be aware that your cards need to get mailed soon! If you're worried about missing the deadline, just let me know a card is on its way and we'll wait for it. We are hoping to give Sean a sweet Happy Birthday as a thank you for all the joy he has given us!! Don't forget!! http://t.co/tT2xEdVq

Thank you!!

I have been sadly remiss in all aspects of my life recently and I want to apologize and to also say "Thank You".

End of November, I got slammed with a huge project at my 1st job that sucked all the joy out of my life till it finally was resolved a few days before Christmas. Between the two jobs I was working a ridiculous amount of time. I barely stumbled through Christmas (I am STILL shopping for Christmas 2012) at my brother's house where I spent the week sleeping. After I got home, I promptly got sick with headache, exhaustion, low grade fever and chills plus got food poisoning on top of it all. I am back to work now but not at full force yet. I get so tired. And I have been so crabby! My goodness, I don't even like being around me!! Anyway, I really don't want it to look like I'm offering a pile of excuses it's just that life pretty much beat me up and kicked me to the curb for the better part of a month or so. I am feeling some better, I just sleep a lot. And joy? Found out yesterday that I'm getting another, similar project to the one that I barely made it through in December! At least this time I don't have to worry about "keeping up" with any holidays!!

Now on the the good stuff!! I want to give heartfelt thanks to Lbilover for the card, the delightful story and bookmark. I have never even HEARD of the Father Christmas Letters and have since placed it at the top of my reading list!! Thank you so very, very much!

Thank you also to Belleferret! I was honored by the adoption in my name of a prairie dog (Daisy) as part of the Black-footed Ferret Recovery Program. As part of the package, I got a beautiful certificate, information on the program, a photograph of "my" prairie dog and a stuffed prairie dog that now lives in my den. There was also a corresponding lapel pin, magnet and a wonderful ferret Christmas tree ornament! PLUS she gave me a hysterical ferret calendar (now hanging proudly on the wall of my den) and a photograph of Sean. Bless your heart, it was such a special gift!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and that this new year turns out to be full of joy, health and love! Thank you!!

I saw this photo of Frodo and am hoping to get it posted for Froday. I work early Froday and throughout the weekend straight through so this will be my only chance to post it. *fingers crossed*

Hi! Recently, Sean was on the webcast of "Christine" playing the character 'Art'. I was motivated to write a story based on this webcast and so at 3 AM the following morning, I churned something out. A bit later, I was delighted when Lbilover posted her fiction, "Untethered". I can't tell you how chuffed I was to discover that she was inspired by the same thing that I was. I love her writing so much that even that small amount of connection made my day! She graciously agreed to beta for me and the following story, "Just Fly", is the result. Lbilover is the best beta - she made this a much, much better story than what it was. Thank you, my friend!! (And any mistakes belong to me)

A tech question. At the bottom of the screen ONLY when I am in Dreamwidth, there is a banner-box-thing that says "Do you want to open or save pibiview.js (692 butes) from ib.mookie1.com?" and then "open", "save", and "cancel" tabs. I don't have a clue what this is about and have tried to cancel it out both by hitting the cancel tab and the "X" to no avail. Does anyone know what this is about and what I should do? Dreamwidth is responding very slowly and has since this banner-box-thing showed up.

Hello! Darn, I should have thought of something really earth shattering to post for my first entry. Anyone else out there? *lonely*
